Todd and Katie

So here it is. I finally got around to giving this awesome couple a proper post. I love these images. Man, I want to shoot in Nebraska all the time. Next time I'll find a corn field to shoot in. No such luck this time. Apparently no corn grows in the winter... who knew?

Recovery Software

This image is brought to you by Data Recovery II.

I had a card get corrupted at my wedding last weekend. This is one of the ones I recovered today. Thank God for good recovery software.

I promise some more substantial blogs soon. Its super late and I just got home from my good friend Victor's house where he had a "little" get together. I hung out with old friends and met a bunch of new ones too. I'll tell you guys more about that later.

Danielle and Paul

The info for the workshop is just below this post. Check it out!

I don't know why I've never blogged this wedding. Probably the same reason I haven't blogged 30 weddings from last year. Anyway, Danielle and Paul had a great wedding with tons of awesome details and one of my favorite planners... Angel Swanson! Anyone who's worked with Angel has fallen in love with her. She's amazing. Here are a few favorites from the day!

I love this bridesmaids shot.

A sweet ring shot:

And here are a few I blogged a while back... I shot some high speed black and white film that night and these are my favorites from that roll. How amazing is black and white film?!

Stefanie and Roy

First of all I need to thank Michael and Emi from Evoke Photography for sending Stefanie and Roy to me when they were booked. You might remember Stefanie and Roy from their awesome Manhattan engagement shoot last year. They got married at Descanso Garden in Pasadena last year. It was coordinated by one of my favorite people, Michelle Sharp of Annie M. Events. Here are a bunch of images from the day.

I don't know why but I love taking pictures of the chairs.

Descanso Gardens is a pretty sweet place for an outdoor wedding.

Some sweet late afternoon light!

Right after the ceremony Stefanie and Roy took off for a few minutes alone.  I was hiding in the bushes.
Then they saw me.

I've put up so many that I wasn't going to show any from the reception but I had to give you guys a look at the sweet cake they had.  I know you can do some awesome stuff with Fondant icing but let's face it, it doesn't taste that great... and when it comes to cake design, its pretty much cheating.  That said, take a look at this ridiculous cake made with butter cream icing.  Amazing.  I have no idea how you would begin to make something like this.
